Delete your Routes account

This page deletes your account for Routes (formerly Le Walk), the walking-tour app by Routes AI, Inc., on iPhone and Android. You can also do it in the app: Settings → Delete account.

How it works

1. Enter the email or phone number you sign in with.
2. We send a 6-digit code to it, to make sure the account is yours.
3. Enter the code and type DELETE. Your account is deleted straight away.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details (email or phone number).
• Your profile, settings and the history saved with your account, including location history.

What we keep

• Records of passes bought on our website, with your name and contact details removed, because accounting law requires them.
• Support requests and problem reports you sent us, basic records of past walks, and audio we generated for your tours.
• Logs and analytics already collected.

We keep these only as long as described in our Privacy Policy, then delete them.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it there: App Store or Google Play.
